As a team assistance
I want / need to have a limited frame for my graph visualization
So that I won't miss parts of the graph

Acceptance criteria

Graph cannot be moved out of limited visualization frame
Frame adjusted to screen size
Only applicable for desktop view

Definition of done

Documentation conform with tsdoc
Reviewed with 4 eyes principle
Did not break other code
Understandable documentation for developers
