Question - Is there a way to replicate an underline on the new Links with Icons pattern?

3. Links with Icons Blocks: I appreciate the change to the links with icons blocks. However, there is currently no way to replicate the old behavior that used big, underlined text instead of icons (see below).

Will this option be re-added, or is it deprecated? (I have added a few lines of CSS to replicate the old behavior on our updated site.)
