Describe the bug
Extension Options Panel 1.9.1 can't open the Add-on Page by clicking the last button in the popup

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click Extension Options Panel button on toolbar
  2. Click Add-ons Page at the end of UI

Expected behavior
Firefox's addons page opens

  • OS: Linux
  • Firefox update channel: ESR
  • Version: 128 ESR

Additional context

Uncaught ReferenceError: BrowserOpenAddonsMgr is not defined
    oncommand chrome://browser/content/browser.xhtml:1

It also mostly doesn't work when you go an extension in the options panel and click "Extension options" or "Manage add-on". It only works if the extension has a custom options page separate from the Firefox add-ons page.
