Predicate support?

Hey @aminehmida! Thank you for your work on medots – using it to set up a new machine has been fairly straightforward.

I'd like to propose support for adding predicates to only execute steps if they return successfully. Right now I already have a few things configured / installed, so running deploy can end up failing for those spots where instructions/steps are redundant.
