Tactical RMM inaccessible

Hello! I hope they're all right.

After the internet operator changed the IP address made available to the network of my Tactical RMM server, the service went offline even after adjusting the DNS zone with the new address.

I tested the rmm, api and mesh addresses with PING and confirmed that provisioning has already occurred, but my tactical is still inaccessible.

Could you support me with this?

use dig to check the a records have propegated, check internal dns that its not maybe caching the only details, otherwise are you using a standard install?

Yes, i tried
By the '192.168.0.15' i have the Tactical login screen but with invalid SSL certificate and it is not possible to login "Backend is offline (network error)"

By the rmm.vyrtus.com.br i have timed out

Seems something weird is going on. I don't know what else to suggest without looking

i have the same issue, i have followed the docs run the tests my SSL comes back fine everything is online and running, cant login off local network nor online, i see that other users are having the same issue after updating, did we get a bad installer or the devs messed up i dunno, does any1 have a solution for this as of yet ?

Troubleshooting is better done thru Discord because we have a whole list of template questions in #rules to try and figure out why your install isn't working.
Where are you hosting?
What's the DNS name?
etc.

everything is pingable and resolves, this was a clean install on debian done via netinstall package then followed the installation doc to the T and result was backend offline ( network error )
