Implement user system

The current cms has raw data and we are planning to include tables on the things each member is working on and a login system to update the data.

there was a discussion on whether home should be public or not between me and @ivinjabraham we should prolly talk about this more before we do implement this.

personally i think a login system is needed on root down the road so we can have personalised information on home

I did talk about this with @ivinjabraham during one of our mentor mentee meetings and he asked us if we could volunteer for this issue.

The presented idea was to have a login system such that each member could update others on what they're working on. It'd have a table on it's own
