FRQ: skip keyword for time instead of percentage

Proposed new feature or change:

A feature like the skip keyword for simulation time would be good to skip a certain time before analyzing the data.
This is a commonly used practice in molecular dynamics simulations.
Furthermore it is useful for non-finished simulations where it is still necessary to skip part of the trajectory.
