Describe the bug
On a newly installed and updated Amazon Linux 2023 VM, the tipc module appears to be missing.

To Reproduce

# modprobe tipc
modprobe: FATAL: Module tipc not found in directory /lib/modules/6.1.112-124.190.amzn2023.x86_64

Expected behavior
On Amazon Linux 2:

# rpm -qf /lib/modules/5.10.130-118.517.amzn2.x86_64/kernel/net/tipc/tipc.ko
kernel-5.10.130-118.517.amzn2.x86_64
