When we choose to update all packages, TeX Live Utility ask for our admin password. Since few years, we can validate on some apps with the Apple Watch instead of enter the password.

Illustrated use: https://support.1password.com/apple-watch-mac/ (so you see a screenshot of what appears on a Apple Watch if you don't have it).
Here is some documentation on Apple Developer website: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/localauthentication (strange thing: they says watchOS 9.0+ for the minimal requirement, but the functionality is available on Apple Watch since several years. Perhaps an other documentation is better (I'm not developer). On https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/unlock-your-mac-with-apple-watch-mchl4f800a42/mac they says that the minimal requirement is WatchOS 6.
It would be great if you can add this feature on TeX Live Utility.
