Add periodicals browse option

• As a reader, I want to see the list of all periodicals available (api.bookshare.org/periodical/list)
• As a reader, I want to be able to see the last three periodicals browsed at the top of the list in order to minimize the time searching for the periodical I most often access (there should be a delimiter that separates the list of last browsed from the alphabetical list)
• As a reader, I want to be able to browse the editions and revisions available for a specific periodical (api.bookshare.org/periodical/id/Number)
• A a reader, I want to be able to download a specific edition/revision of a periodical (api.bookshare.org/periodical/id/Number/edition/Date/revision/Number and api.bookshare.org/download/content/Number/version/Number/for/Text)
