Unable to install ballgown in R #189

Followed all the instructions...
Have R 4.3.3 installed.
Attempt to install ballgown using BiocManager::install("ballgown") and it goes for a few minutes apparently installing something.
Then try library("ballgown") and get the message that there is no package called 'ballgown'
