ADB Server Skipping my device

Using this on Windows for a VR game and using ALVR Streamer to handle streaming.

When I start my ADB server, I keep getting my VR device listed in green, followed by a "Skipped forwarding device: <>", This behaviour is new and only began to happen today, reinstalling didn't help.

Are there any logs to see the reason for this?

I made new 1.4 release with more checks and more verbose output, which should be more helpful at determining the issues, can you try using it again and see what it says?
