Experiment with downloading images from the production server and placing them into the document.

Potentially download thumbnails and mark them as such as to remind print editors to substitute in high quality print images?

Or potentially have only the name between quote like someting like this [nameofthefeaturedimage.jpg]

Going to include image name in brackets for v1. A future version will be able to inline the images.
