Hmm. As part of our migration to CCS, we've just (re-?)discovered that the Digital Marketplace team is somewhat responsible for this repo.

We don't have the time to make this accessible in the near future. We're not using it at the moment.

So, unless we find another team in GDS/CDIO willing to take over responsibility for this repo, I think the least-worst option will be to retire it. We've got a tech community meeting on Tuesday - I'll check then.
