It seems you might either be referencing the wrong access log or using an incorrect log/date/time format. Please share the log format you're using and a few lines from your access log, so I can take a closer look.

Hi @allinurl

Thanks for the response,

On the first day, after installation the graphics were normal, but on the second day an error occurred like this, if the error from the format I think the first day will occur the same error.

Bellow screen capture after fresh installed

I'm not quite sure what the error in the screenshot you shared is. Could you let me know which browser and version of GoAccess you're using? Also, please ensure that you have the latest version installed.

hi @csandiar19

How to use GOAccess for output html report? Real-time ou simple LOGFILE process?

I see...
My bet is that you is just truncate, delete or replace "same" file, i.e using same filename, e reprocessing every time.
Please, correct me if I'm wrong!
So, you do... something is being wrong in process. And GOAccess is getting file for processing that (at moment) was empty yet!

If you using Real-Time.. So my bet that your flow did stop GOAccess Server at some time (one moment).
Therefore the browser-client will "break" connection with server, and the page cannot automatically refresh anymore.
