WP - Libraries: Rebuild data formatters

The data formatters for the project are the methods that make sure that data is as flat or multi-dimensional as it needs to be, and can be freely reformatted accordingly.

This includes:

• The file formatters responsible for manipulating the data into specific file formats with their limits (or lack thereof)
• The field formatters responsible for maintaining basic field metadata and similar information
