Suggested items to include in a pull request template:

• Summary
• Changelog
• Link to a Code of Conduct. None exists for this project. Can a link to this one be used? https://github.com/alleyinteractive/.github/blob/main/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md
• Version/tag number of the release
• Placeholder to link to an issue.
