'Author' column in posts list table requires 'author' support

Bylines don't appear in the posts list table for post types that don't support author but do have byline support through the byline_manager_supported_post_types filter.

That's interesting because if a post type has no author support, it won't appear in certain API, like GraphQL. It seems some part of the project expects author support for the post type, and in some places, it doesn't.

If author support should not be a requirement, we might need to change how it behaves currently in the post columns and in other APIs (considering how this decision cascade).
