Add ability to skip specific resource kinds in diff helmreleases

Currently, flux-local allows skipping CRDs and Secrets using predefined flags. However, there are cases where users might want to skip other specific Kubernetes resource kinds during the diff operation. This enhancement proposal suggests adding a new --skip-kinds flag that would allow users to specify additional resource kinds to skip.

Yes, this would not be that difficult to implement, and can share an implementation with the existing feature you mention.

Scoping this out I think it will take would be something like this:

• adding the flags in the tools/selector, which populate ResourceSelector for both Helm and Kustomization.
• adding to the Kustomization filtering for filtering which already just builds a list of resource types
• adding to the Helm output resource filtering

So, seems straight forward.
