Description

data_utils.test.ts outputs error messages to the console for tests where errors are expected. This clutters the command line when running local tests.

Expected Behavior

Error messages should not be shown for tests that expect error messages.

Reproduction

Run npm run test

Environment

Windows 11, running in bash
