Use Case

Discussion with @Leigh-Harris! EMT is interested in segmenting and annotating Z01 (tight junctions), or cell-cell junctions. Is there a way TFE can visualize this?

Example visualizations:

  • Showing junctions as vertices
  • Visualizing length/distance (vertex-to-vertex connectivity)
  • Visualizing junctions/vertices moving past each others as cells move

Other examples of network proteins:

  • Myosin (which is both junctional but also cytoplasmic)

Acceptance Criteria

TBD since early 3D exploration is more useful to explore in AGAVE or VV, according to Leigh
