Use Case

Copy over improvements from allen-cell-animated/vole-app#224 to the load menu in colorizer.

Would increase the max limit of saved URLs to 100, add autocomplete, and add fuzzy searching.

Acceptance Criteria

Please describe how you know this is done

Might be nice to save whether a dataset loaded successfully with a symbol...
