VC behaviour: searching for answers

Description

As a user, I want my VC to look to all documents to find all possible answer. Not stop after finding an answer in the first document

As a developer, I want time to look into this

Acceptance criteria

• Access to the Space where the VC is used to check the logs, see what happened
• Or access to the documents to try and replicate
• …

Assumptions

One of our communities is working with VCs. When they ask a question, they get an answer based on the first pdf file in the BoK. Even though there are more possible answers in the other documents.
When they reply with another question, the VC seems to only look for an answer in that earlier found pdf . It seems like its not able to step back and look at all documents again. It went into a 'rabbit hole'.
