BUG: Scrolling empty space after switching to a shorter page

Describe the bug
When you switch from a longer page to a shorter page, the total length of the page is not adjusted, so you have empty space to scroll through to reach the bottom. This is important because the language selector sticks to the bottom of the screen.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'alkem.io/docs'
2. In the getting started section, Click on 'create a space'
3. Then click on 'First steps'
4. Scroll down to the footer
5. See error

Expected behavior
I expect the page length to be adjusted to the length of the text on the page
