BUG: Space instead of Subspaces

Describe the bug
On the Subspaces page, the description block refers to Space

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any Space and to the Subspaces tab
2. See description block and title of subspaces block both refer to Space
3. See description block is not translated when the language is changed to Dutch
4. Also the dutch translation is not picked up for the Find Subspaces placeholder in the index

NB the description of this block will also be touched with the flow state changes!

@SimoneZaza given that this text is likely to change with the pending innovation flow states uage, am wondering if really want to fix this now? Or is it just a translation file change that is needed?

@techsmyth it's not just about the description, but also about the name of the block which isn't part of the flow states things. + it seems that nothing on this page is being picked up in the translations, so I think good to have a look at.
