Description

As a user I want to see information about the knowledge base,also if it'sprivate

Acceptance criteria

If the knowledge base is private

  • Still show the description in the knowledge base block on the profile
  • The visit button should be disabled, with tooltip: "This Body of Knowledge is private"

Additional Context

The server PR to enable read about on the profile should be merged shortly
