Re-creating this issue as this fix was reverted - #193

I am doing filtering on List string primitive type. It works case-sensitive.
However, the case-insensitive filtering does not work.

Steps to reproduce

.ApplyFiltering("FavouriteColors=blue/i")

Does not work.
