Send actual data when testing a notification channel

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using Notifications to integrate with an external tool (I'm using webhooks), the 'test notification' button doesn't send an example data set. So while it tests that the channel works, I still end up having to run manual speed tests to debug my integration.

Describe the solution you'd like
When clicking the 'test notification' button, it should send a message that is identical in format to an actual notification. Either static example data, or the last set of test results.
