🐛 [Immich] Missing e-mail server settings

Was expecting to find e-mail smtp server settings at Administration -> Settings -> Notification Settings.
version: 1.125.7

Reproduction steps

1. Go to 'Administration -> Settings -> Notification Settings'
No e-mail server settings found.

Hi, I don't really support the content of the immich app itself, only the integration with Homeassistant. It is probably better for you to ask in the upstream repo https://github.com/immich-app/immich . If an env variable needs to be added for it to work you can use this : https://github.com/alexbelgium/hassio-addons/wiki/Add%E2%80%90ons-feature-:-add-env-variables
