Mexico's exports are not $418B #243

According to INEGI (National Institute of Statistics and Geography), Mexican exports are US$ 409.4B, imports are US$ 420.4B, therefore, trade deficit is US$ 10.9B for 2017. Deficit, no surplus.

Please, correct or explain how it was calculated.
