I wonder if SkimPDF could extract pdf Highlight notes with deeplink URLs?

And I am using an skim app from https://skim-app.sourceforge.io . I'm not sure they are different or the same.

What are deeplink URLs?

It means I can click on hook://file/…….pdf#p=1&x=0&y=0&s=287&e=302 or skim:///path/to/file.pdf#page=1 to fast open the right place of a file, for example.

I am not aware of how the underlying CLI skimpdf, which is used by SkimPDF, is handling links inside annotations in general, but they are not clickable, if that is what you would like to have. skimpdf is part of Skim and is maintained by its author. If you would like to have that feature inside Skim, then it would be best to contact its author. SkimPDF is just a Python wrapper, that makes the skimpdf commands available to the context menu outside of Skim. It also has a batch conversion function, but it doesn't add any new core functions to Skim.
