Quickstart Documentation?

I'm trying to get up and running but can't seem to even get a Node to populate a graph.

I created a GraphWindow that inherits BaseGraphWindow and a Node that inherits BaseNode but after opening the window for the GraphWindow, I only see an empty space and I can't figure out how to add a Node to the graph.....

Wish there was a little more detail in the documentation describing how to actually add Nodes to a graph, etc.
