The first entry in directory listings is removed when using the fancyindex_hide_parent_dir on directive. See the screenshots with fancyindex' native theme and with the flat theme

deleting

,"/"!=window.location.pathname&&e.deleteRow(1)

in list.js can temporarily solve this problem.
