What is the missing lexer?

CUDA C++ with .cu or .cuh extensions is the main language for GPU programming. It has a syntax definition similar to C++. Is it possible to add .cu and .cuh files to the support list of C++ files?

CUDA C++ should have the same syntax definitions with C++.
