Browser version: Not in browser / TS
AA SDK version: 4.2
Package: @account-kit/smart-contracts

[REQUIRED] Describe the problem

How to reproduce:

I'm simply trying to do this
https://accountkit.alchemy.com/reference/account-kit/smart-contracts/functions/createModularAccountAlchemyClient#createmodularaccountalchemyclient

creating the client.

No matter what I do, I get the same error:
throw new GetCounterFactualAddressError();
^

GetCounterFactualAddressError: getCounterFactualAddress failed
