Plots don't display when jupyter using port other than 8888 #143

To reproduce, run
jupyter notebook --port 8889
then open a SetVis notebook and try plotting any figure, which doesn't show up.

Software/library versions
Bokeh 3.6.0
SetVis 0.1rc5
macOS/Firefox

Workaround
BOKEH_ALLOW_WS_ORIGIN='*' jupyter notebook --port 8889
