The workflow for aspects of this has changed and needs updating.

• Create a new path on server for testing
• Follow steps that match these paths

• Drop the current enforce_date_dropping function
• Shift to projecting the UKCP data to 365 days Temporal re-sampling CPM to 365 days per year (to match Hads at 365) #106
