Block rotation still does not work correctly and update 23 broke the AI.

I think I got that fixed, I will be working on the rotate into empty space 
tonight.

Ok so the AI is playing right again, I didn't know it used both left and right
rotates. So I just added the rotate fix to rotate left. It is not in the 24th 
revision.
