Rename movie files with better cleaner names.

Usage:
movierenamer.py [OPTION] FILE...
    --format=       order of attributes, comma seperated
                    default, format=title,disk,year,source,codec
                    available attributes: title,source,codec,year,res
                    attributes not discovered will be skipped
    --dry           don't rename files, just show what would happen
    --debug         turn on debuging mode (does nothing at the moment)
    -h
    --help          show help
    --imdb          attempt to use IMDB to help
    --spaces        use spaces instead of dots for the final name
    --underscores   use underscores instead of dots for the final name

Example:
    movierenamer.py --format=title,year name_of_some_movie.2011.brrip.720p.mkv
renames the movie to: name.of.some.movie.2011.mkv

TODO:
actually use IMDB to get more useful information
formatting more consistant (eg. 'text-text' vs 'text - text', currently no desision made)
remove release group names
