January 13-19, 2025 in Darker: Migration to uv and Python 3.12 compatibility work

Work began on transitioning from pip to uv for dependency management (#810), moving oldest supported dependency versions into pyproject.toml and removing constraint files. This aligns with our ongoing project configuration modernization efforts while maintaining compatibility guarantees for users.

A fix for Python 3.12 deprecation warnings related to datetime.utcnow() usage is in progress (#809). We also resolved a reported issue about Darker's chunk-based reformatting behavior (#785), where a user noticed unexpected reformatting scope when modifying string literals. An explanation of the known and expected behavior was submitted as a reply to #785.
