Add event to indicate zoom limit reached #36

Currently, if the zoom limit is reached, then the HUD won't change the state of the zoom buttons to indicate that we have reached that limit.

Adding an event when the zoom limit has been reached would help the HUD update the controls properly.

This might not be needed anymore due to #54 removing the buttons.
