I am facing an issue, my Shizuku server is getting killed in the background continuously despite doing everything like battery manager whitelist locking in memory and all.

So I am running "adb tcpip 5555" from my laptop to keep a adb server running 24/7 so that i could restart shizuku server anytime without the need of Wi-Fi.

But for launching any app it is painful to first launch shizuku and then hail then launch an App.

Can you just implement a shortcut where Hail utilise this adb shell directly to work independently without Shizuku?

Thank You for this amazing Open Source app ❤️
Let me knowIf possible i will try to implement it in my free time as well if I am able to understand the working, I am need in this app development field.

I am also seeing this behaviour. I simply open Shizuku and toggle the Hail button under the application list. My Shizuku session is not being killed. Just Hail seems to disconnect from Shizuku in some way.

I will add, it is not clear to me if the issue is Hail or Shizuku, but Hail consistently has the issue. Other apps seems to stay working ok.

It wasn't an issue for me but recently my Shizuku server started to stop automatically in the background. So i started wireless adb using adb tcpip 5555 . Because it is hard to find wifi all the time.
But i am using Shizuku just to power Hail there are plenty of amazing apps that support Shizuku but i don't use them often.
Hail utilizing adb directly would be a pretty good addition.

I tried almost everything to my knowledge, but Shizuku stills stops, and opening shizuku everytime before Hail is frustrating i sometimes launch apps via playstore enable button due to this 😂

Did you have usb debugging on because if it's not on even for WiFi mode it keeps stopping but mine stays whole time now that's on

Also usb config needs to be on no data and don't plug phone into pc for file transfer or it also stops again

Then should work with no WiFi and stay whole time

Just to be clear for my issue, Shizuku does not stop running for me. Only the connection from Shizuku to Hail seems to drop. Toggling the Hail switch in Shizuku fixes my issue, but yes I do have to open Shizulu to "restart" Hail authorization.

For me the issue is in Shizuku and it's being killed after fee minutes even if I have the app open in background maybe I'll have to search in logs or something to figure it out when i am free

I can even completely stop Shizuku and it stays running when i reopen it only stops in cases i mentioned in last post

What phone model you have and you say it's all apps or just hail?
