Etherape update

Etherape package hasn't been updated for a long time (since 2013 or 2016 I guess). Could you please update it?
Currently it cannot be installed due to depending on the deprecated packages:

On sourceforge page I've seen a few more versions, 0.9.18 is the latest. However, it's 0.9.13 in homebrew.
