Snowflake destination: log multiline queries as a single line

We stream our Airbyte logs to Datadog and get billed per log line. In the Snowflake destination connector logs, a single SQL query can generate a few hundred lines of logs. If SQL queries could be logged as a single line string instead of a multiline, this would help our Datadog bill a lot.

Example log:

This should be logged as a single line. Perhaps an option to log in JSON format instead.
