Papeeria would be the initia place where other collaborators add their contribution to the document. This is the draft which I will be polishing and share with others

I have been thinking that having LaTeX documentation would be for the final version of the documentation. For drafting the documents, it would be easier to use Google docs which would allow us to collaborate without the hassle of installing dependencies of learning the syntax of LaTeX.
