LIkely:

read plain text from setup files "statements.xml" for Q-set
identify common columns for Q sorts in results, e.g. time to complete etc., and extract columns which aren't the Q-sort itself. Identifying the column name for study-specific questions may be extremely complicated, given the multiple variations possible in the additional questionnaire.
