MasterFX tend to blur out #12

after switching between different masterFX presets, the sound tends to become more and more blurry. handling options :

study why this happens - cumulative effects of random settings?
fix so the resulting fx chains stay within the overall range?
or maybe add a master more/less FX control that manipulates the mix values?

still open - maybe add a cleanToPreset function and Gui button that removes accumulated extra slots.
