Newbie question: light customization using ai-dock/comfyui as base

I've been trying for hours to solve this problem, but as a hobbyist and IT amateur I just can't find the necessary info.

What is the best approach to customize this image so it uses rclone to mount external cloud storage buckets, in order to minimize provisioning times? I'd be grateful if you could provide just a few guidelines so I can focus my research.
