OS - raspbian

I have tried symlinking my comics to ComicLib/src/comics and ComicLib/src/storage/comics
I have removed the placeholders and removed the cache. When I restart the server (./manage.py stop; ./manage.py start), the placeholder comics still appear. I may need to rebuild the container but I can't seem to figure out how to do that.

Any assistance is appreciated
