Seeing the access logs of our SPARQL endpoint, we have a lot of calls communing from other entities than AgroPortal

But maybe this request are related to the D2KAB project? of federated SPARQL endpoints.

Not from D2KAB for sure.
We could close indeed... but in theory we are "proposing" a SPARQL endpoint for our content as one of our feature services ;)
So I am reluctant to close.
However we need to find out about these usage: are they real person, tools or fake robots, whatever....

With the migration to Virtuoso we do no more have an open SPARQL endpoint

Humm good point.
We might need to re-direct this page to an explanation page that would explain that now the SPARQL queries can be passed thru the UI of a given ontology.
Still... we need a response to the question: how do we connect to AgroPortal's SPARQL endpoint if someone want to directly fire SPARQL queries (with a tool or a SERVICE clause) to AgroPortal.
